Adding Suppression Lists

This video shows you how to create and upload suppression lists.

There are two types of suppression lists.

1. Domains. You upload a csv file of just the domains (No emails) you want to suppress from your campaigns. This is ideal for removing all contacts at certain accounts. As an example, you might want to suppress current customers, competitors or resellers from your sales campaigns.
   

2. Emails. You upload a csv file of contacts who have previously opted out or unsubscribed from previous campaigns to remain can spam act compliant.
