Forms are a great way to collect leads from your website.

Creating a form in Sales Propet is very easy using our drag-and-drop form builder.

Please watch this video on how to use our form builder.

Contact Us Forms

Just as the name suggests, Contact Us forms give prospects and customers the ability to fill out a form on any landing page or website requesting to be contacted.

Sales Prophet forms allow you to send an email notification once a form is filled out so you don't miss any opportunities. You can add as many people to the notification email as you like.

You must first create a list (Contact Us List) in order to collect the contact information used while filling out the form.

Lead Capture Forms

Just as the name suggests, lead capture forms are designed to capture leads and pass them into a list and automated email sequence. Some common use cases are a prospect fills out a form to get a piece of gated content like a whitepaper or how-to guide.

The prospect fills out the form, and the information is passed to your prebuilt list and dropped into a prebuilt sequence where an email is triggered to send that person a link to the content they requested.

Testing Your Form

After you create a web form in Sales Prophet, you must log out of your sales prophet account to view and test that form. Sales Prophet provides a link to the form which you can embed in a landing page or webpage of your choice. You also have the option to copy the form link in a browser to see how it renders and test it to make sure it works.

In some cases, you might have to open a browser window that's incognito; to see the form.

Otherwise, you might get a 404 error.

While it's rare, if you still have problems seeing your form (after logging out and or trying to open the form incognito), you might have to go to your Chrome settings and allow third-party cookies.

We doubt you will have to do that but just in case, here is how to adjust cookie settings in Chrome.
