Hey guys, Shawn Elledge here, Sales Prophet. We're excited to announce batch email sends. We've had a lot of requests for this feature, so now you can use Sales Prophet to send a little over 5,000 emails a day. So how does it work? Well, we send 60 emails every five minutes, or around 720 emails an hour, which gets you a little over 5,000 emails a day.

There's a little bit of a buffer between the API connection between Sales Prophet and the S. M. T. P. Providers that we've connected to, so we can safely send 5000 a day. Now, you have to use one of the three S. M. T. P. Providers with which we have a direct A. P. I. Integration, including mail gun, spark post, and send grid.

So if you're connected or have one of those three accounts, you'll be able to use this feature. So let's get in and show you what that looks like and where. Okay, so you're under the newsletter tab. section of Sales Prophet, and you're creating your newsletter just like you would, you would set up your basic information. You have to make sure you select the email account that is connected to one of those three SMTP providers. I mentioned Mailgun, SparkPost, and SendGrid.

Once you've done that, you put in your sender name. You just select use batch and enter the number of emails you want to send per day. It's that easy. So it's a great feature. It's a great way to get more value out of Sales Prophet, but there's a caveat.

We recommend you send helpful thought leadership content.

Think demand generation, not lead generation.

That means sending white papers and guides and research documents to your target audience is a great way to get some value out of this. Otherwise, you risk getting blacklisted, just like with any other email account.

If you're emailing non opt-ins, if you're emailing opt-in subscribers, then no problem.

It's not an issue, but it's when you're using this as an outbound engine that we just caution you to be careful and use email marketing best practices.

So we hope you love this feature. We'd love to hear your feedback on it. Thanks again for all your support. Cheers.
